The studio is founded by Angela Lu to provide both Yoga and Tai Chi training programmes featuring a dynamic challenging style of Ashtanga Yoga and tranditional Tai Chi forms and practice that will help you lead to a happier, healthier and more productive life.
Although Yoga and Tai Chi are in different form but there are some connections between Yoga and Tai Chi. Most of public Yoga and Tai Chi classes are in relatively larger class size while our studio is in private setting and takes the approach of small class size in order to focus and pay much more detailed attention to each individual student. In such kind of setting, the personal touch and connection will be more satisfied and lead to best class result and output.
